What an absolutely amazing experience, not only on the physical level but on a spiritual level! Michelle worked on me several times. I had been in a fatal car accident and had 2 years of neurological training, physical therapy, balance training and many other treatments from the medical world!

I recently saw Michelle for my first appointment. I am aware of CST and how it works. I made the decision after having a surgical procedure, I realized that some cell memory was triggered. I had been in pain for months. I had gone to my medical doctor and it was discussed that my past sexual trauma may have implications with moving into menopause. I have done a lot of work around this on and off years.

Finally, intuitively I decided I needed CST. When I arrived at my appointment I felt safe. When dealing with certain traumas it is very important for the client to feel safe. Michelle and her guidance team made me feel safe. I knew how important body work is to the body, this session was amazing and profound. Those big AHA moments I am still processing.

Trauma in the body holds the story, Michelle’s gifts allow that story to be released for the body to heal. I felt loved and not judged.
